Bete Johnson is Senior Vice President and General Manager, Dental Health and Wellness. For over twenty-one years Bete has held numerous positions in the organization, all with increased responsibility. During her tenure she has been relied upon for the cultivation, management, and execution of symbiotic partnerships with industry KOL's, Influencers, educators, publications, and professional associations. These efforts not only staved off competition -- paving the way for an emerging sales team. While Bete has received numerous awards, the dental industry continues to recognize her expertise by being identified as top 25 women in Dentistry, by Dental Products Report, and two-time recipient of "32 most influential people" in Dentistry, by Incisal Edge magazine. Bete began her career in Sales and Banking; however, it wasn't long before her passion for the Healthcare/Dental profession led her to dental sales and eventually joined the CareCredit team. Her journey has helped in the acceleration of CareCredit brand including support of the sales team, pursing software integrations and development of the tradeshow team, which managed over 1,300 professional meetings annually. Bete is a native Californian and currently reside in Southern California with her husband of 39 years, three sons and grandchildren.
Sameer Bhasin is the Vice President of strategic alliances at CareCredit. He is dedicated to working with dentistry’s key opinion leaders and leading educators. One of his key initiatives is to gather the latest insights, ideas, and practical tools presented at dental meetings and conventions. To help increase recommended patient care, he shares these best practices with CareCredit’s community of more than 110,000 enrolled dental providers. Prior to his current role, Sameer acquired more than a decade of front-line business practice experience in his position as practice development manager, and subsequently as regional sales manager. He earned his MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word, San Antonio, Texas, where he currently resides.
Jacquelyn spends most of her days developing relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and thought leaders in the dental field—and she loves it! After more than a decade of working with healthcare practices, she has become a strong advocate for dental professionals who want to stay up-to-date in their field of expertise. Jacquelyn enjoys finding top-notch presenters to educate healthcare professionals through live and on-demand virtual courses. When she is away from the office, she loves being a hairstylist (another relationship-building activity!) and spending time with her family. Nothing makes her happier than hearing the laughter of one of her adorable grandchildren and enjoying long chats with her children.
As the Integrator at Practice Booster and Dental Zing, Tiffany works hand in hand with the team to create results through organizational transparency, cross-department integration, communication, and consistency. She oversees production and serves as a contributor/editor for the Insurance Solutions Newsletter and the With Confidence publication series: Dental Administration With Confidence, Dental Coding With Confidence, Dental Documentation With Confidence, and Medical Dental Cross Coding With Confidence.
Tiffany is also a Practice Booster Senior Advisor, main contributor, and curriculum creator for Practice Booster consulting programs including: Coordination of Benefits 1:1, Aligner Coding With Confidence, and Revenue Enhancement Training. Whether speaking or consulting, she is passionate about education and arming dental teams with confidence to maximize legitimate insurance reimbursement and stay in compliance.
Tiffany began her journey in dentistry in 2004 and is the Founder and CEO of Elevation Dental Consulting, LLC, a Robbins-Madanes Trained Coach in Strategic Intervention, and former office manager. Tiffany is a Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Management and a member of the AADOM Speaker/ Consultant Alliance and Speaking Consulting Network.
Jessica Lamers is a dynamic leader in the dental industry, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Events at Dental Intelligence Inc. With over a decade of experience, Jessica has honed her expertise through diverse roles ranging from clinical to administrative. In her current role, she has significantly elevated Dental Intelligence’s brand by speaking and educating future DSO leaders on innovative approaches to growth and bridging the gap between consumers and technology product development at strategic industry events.
Over the past year and a half, Jessica has been instrumental in organizing and volunteering for the mentorship program offered through Women in DSO. She, along with her dedicated team at Dental Intelligence, successfully organized our first-ever customer event, attracting top industry KOLs. This initiative provided our customers with valuable industry insights in a single event, eliminating the need to attend multiple conferences. Currently, Jessica is spearheading the planning for the second annual customer conference, Intellicon, which has doubled in size in both attendees and speakers, reflecting her exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Jessica’s passion for education and personal development is a cornerstone of her leadership philosophy. She is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth, actively engaging in the dental community through her advisory roles with the Central Oklahoma AADOM Chapter and Women of DSO. Beyond her professional life, Jessica finds immense joy in raising her daughters, Everlee Mae and Magnolia Grace.
With over 15 years of experience in dental business development and strategic partnerships, Ashley Best leads partner strategy at Dental Intelligence. She specializes in building high-impact partner relationships and developing solutions that support dental practice growth. Previously, she consulted with practices nationwide as Director of Practice Growth for a local dental marketing agency, contributing over $25M in new business. Her career began in radio advertising, where she honed her skills in marketing and relationship-building. Ashley Best is passionate about helping dental professionals thrive through innovation, collaboration, and data-driven insights.
Adam Sierra has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Adam started their career at doTERRA as a Customer Service Representative and Call Center Supervisor. Adam then worked at TransparentCareer as an Intern Growth Hacker before joining Biotech Nutritional Sciences as a Shareholder Relations Manager/Controller. Adam also worked at Especially For Youth (EFY) as a Youth Counselor. In 2019, they joined Weave and held multiple positions, including Sales Development Representative, Sales Development Team Lead, Account Executive, Sales Account Manager, and Partnership Sales Manager. Currently, Adam serves as the Head of Influencer Marketing at Weave, overseeing the KOL/influencer marketing program and managing relationships, strategy execution, and new partnerships.
