About Tiffany

Tiffany is a visionary for change, serving the dental community since 2003 in many capacities, including practice management, leadership coaching, and consulting. As the Integrator at Practice Booster and Dental Zing, she works hand-in-hand with  CEO Dr. James DiMarino to create results through organizational transparency, cross-department integration, communication, and consistency. She also serves as a Practice Booster Advisor and Speaker, empowering dental teams nationwide with confidence to maximize legitimate insurance reimbursement. Tiffany obtained degrees in Social Science and Economics from Kansas State University. She is the founder and CEO of Elevation Dental Consulting, LLC, and a Robbins-Madanes Trained Coach in Strategic Intervention. Tiffany is a Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Management and a member of the AADOM Speaker/ Consultant Alliance and Speaking Consulting Network. As a self-proclaimed recovering awkward person, her first published book, Little Miss Ava (2015), was dedicated to her oldest daughter with the hope of inspiring all little girls to dream big and never give up.
