About Lynne
Lynne Leggett BS, founder and CEO of Victory Dental Management, is a dental practice management speaker, coach, and author with over 25 years of business experience. She is passionate about helping doctors and their teams reach their full potential, increase their productivity and profitability while enabling them to deliver the best patient experience. As a speaker, she teaches doctors and their teams on how to take their practice to the next level and improve their leadership capability. Being a seasoned basketball coach, she understands what it means to have a true team working together, not just employees working at your practice. Before working on any process or system, she teaches doctors and managers how to actually coach their team which transcends leadership in the dental practice. As a result of her work, doctors share how they have reduced their stress, increased their profitability allowing them to enjoy dentistry while watching their practice grow. She is a member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants, National Speakers Association, Speaking Consulting Network, AADOM Speaker Consultant Alliance, and a lifetime member and Fellow of AADOM. She is the author of “You Can’t Coach Quit”, online CE courses and multiple webinars. She is a contributing author to several dental magazines and multiple state association newsletters. She also publishes her monthly newsletter the “Coach’s Corner”. On a personal note, Lynne enjoys spending time with her family and coaching basketball to girls who want to play at the college level
