About Kay
Kay has been in the dental industry for over 30 years working as a dental assistant, dental assisting educator, and currently as a clinical efficiency consultant at Zirc Dental Products. She enjoys speaking and training clinical systems to help practices become safe, happy, and efficient. She has authored four children’s dental books and has written several articles for various dental publications. Kay has served on the Minnesota Dental Assisting Board and is a member of the Speaker Consultant Network, AADOM Speaker Consultant Alliance, and eAssist Consultant Network.

Description
As a clinical efficiency consultant, I provide services and training to help dental practices to be compliant, efficient, and productive. Most dental practices are struggling with clinical disorganization and chaotic workdays. Teams are running behind schedule, having to leave the room during a procedure to find missing items, and experiencing stress, anxiety, and burnout. This problem has been overlooked for far too long, most practices don’t even realize there may be a better way to set up their clinic for success. This lecture offers a simple solution to calm the chaos and help bring the fun back into dentistry!
